Growing Up Wild: Wiggly Worms

  • Salado Outdoor Classroom 13203 Blanco Road San Antonio, TX, 78216 United States (map)

Why are Worms such great company? They're always down to earth!

Join us for one of four identical sessions to learn about Earthworms - one of the world's most important animals! We’ll learn about the difference between them and other 'worms' like caterpillars, grubs, larvae, snails, and glowworms. We'll also talk about what they eat and where they live.

Then we'll take a nature walk, complete a craft to take home, and read a story.

*For children aged 3 to 7 years old. Class is held outdoors, weather permitting, and is limited to 15 children. Registration required.

Registration opens at 9 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 2
