Join us and the Native Plant Society to learn about the importance of bringing native plants into your garden and how you can support native species!

Examine soil samples from different parts of San Antonio, learn the basics of composting, and learn how to choose which plants go where based on shade, moisture, pets, kids and wildlife.

Enjoy a cool morning stroll through the Butterfly Learning Center, a project by the Alamo Area Master Naturalists on the Phil Hardberger Park’s Voelker Homestead.
