Fitness in the Park: Interval training involves a series of low and high-impact exercises interspersed with periods of rest.
Interval Training is offered by the SA Parks & Recreation Fitness in the Park program. The Sunday class meets by the basketball courts in Phil Hardberger Park West (8400 NW Military Hwy). The class is free and no registration is necessary. Just show up and exercise with us!
