Fitness in the Park: Boot Camp classes are designed to build strength and cardio fitness levels. Exercises are a mix of strength training and high intensity cardio intervals. Boot Camp workouts will challenge every muscle in your body!
Boot Camp is offered by the SA Parks & Recreation Fitness in the Park program. The class meets every Tuesday next to the basketball courts, Phil Hardberger Park West (8400 NW Military Hwy). The class is free and no registration is necessary. Just show up and exercise with us!
