Fitness in the Park: Exercise your mind, body and soul. Yoga helps reduce anxiety, improve flexibility, relieve stress and improve respiratory functions. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, great for stretching and serenity.
This program is offered as part of the San Antonio Parks and Recreation Fitness in the Park. Yoga meets most Friday evenings in Phil Hardberger Park on the east side at 13203 Blanco Road.
