Late Blooming Wildflowers

Not all wildflowers bloom in spring.  Wendy Thornton, Master Naturalist & Master Gardener, identifies late blooming plants on a short walk around the PHP UEC and savanna.  Participants plant bluebonnet seeds in peat pots to take home.

Meet in the PHP Urban Ecology Center Courtyard.

This program is presented by the Alamo Area Master Naturalists in partnership with the Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy, the San Antonio Parks & Recreation and the Sierra Club.

Registration is not required.  Suggested donation to PHP Conservancy is $3/ individual OR $5/ family.
