PHP Conservancy welcomes TPR: The Art of Recycling

Texas Public Radio The Art of Recycling The Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy welcomes "TPR Presents: The Art of Recycling."  This event from Texas Public Radio highlights new developments in recycling in San Antonio and offers families the opportunity to create art out of ordinary household material (i.e. junk!).

Blue Star and Inspire Fine Arts Center guide kids through the creative process; Alamo Area Master Naturalists speak about new developments in water re-usage; and you get the latest news about what you can and can't put in your recycle bin at home.

Folks are encouraged to bring new art supplies to donate to Big Brother-Big Sisters of South Texas for the new school year.

"TPR Presents: The Art of Recycling" is a privilege of your membership in the Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy.  Members of Texas Public Radio and Big Brothers-Big Sisters are also welcome to attend as guests of TPR.

Non-members are welcome to attend as well, for a suggested donation (all kids are free!).

Special thanks to HEB for supporting this TPR Community Event.
