Heartfulness Guided Relaxation and Nature Meditation
The class provides a structured, in-person program. Spend about 10 minutes to relax and then 20 minutes to meditate, gradually feeling the overall calmness and wellness that will positively impact your daily life. The class is led by instructor Naveen Chillara, who has been practicing meditation for 20 years and is certified by the Sahaj Marg Foundation. Participants should bring their own mats. This program is suitable for adults.
Presented by San Antonio Parks & Recreation and the Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy. Free and no registration is required. A donation to the PHP Conservancy of $3/ person OR $5/ family is suggested.
