Middle School: Living with Fire

Students learn the three elements a fire needs to burn and find out how an understanding of this “fire triangle” can be used to prevent and manage wildland fires. Kid friendly activity included.

This class is part of the Middle School Winter series of classes for students 10 to 14 years old.  Class size is limited and registration through this website is required.  Registration opens Nov. 19, 9 a.m. For registration assistance, call 210-492-7472. 

A donation to the Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy of $3 per person or $5 per family is suggested.
