Sunrise Bird Walk

Three area birders, Alan and Patsy Kuentz and Lora Reynolds, lead the walk looking for birds and showing how to identify those common to the area. 

Feel free to bring bird books and binoculars if you have them. 

Meet in the patio area of the PHP Urban Ecology Center in the west side of the park (8400 NW Military Hwy).  The program is presented by the Sierra Club, the Alamo Area Texas Master Naturalists, the Phil Hardberger Park Conservancy and San Antonio Parks & Recreation.  It is free and no registration is required.  A donation to the PHP Conservancy of $3/ person OR $5/ family is suggested.
