Fitness in the Park: Interval Training

Interval training involves a series of low and high-impact exercises interspersed with periods of rest. 

Interval Training is offered by the SA Parks & Recreation Fitness in the Park program. The class is free and no registration is necessary.  Just show up and exercise with us!
