Fitness in the Park: Yoga

Yoga exercises your mind, body and soul.  It helps reduce anxiety, improve flexibility, relieve stress and improve respiratory functions. 

This yoga class meets every Friday near the Salado Creek building. The class is free and no registration is necessary.  Just show up and exercise with us!
