Fitness in the Park: Circuit Training
Circuit training classes include a variety of activities geared toward increasing endurance, power, strength, stamina, and speed. Exercises focus on flexibility and agility, giving you a total body workout. An exercise "circuit" refers to one completion of all exercises in the program.
Circuit Training is offered by the SA Parks & Recreation Fitness in the Park program. Saturdays the class meets in Phil Hardberger Park East (13203 Blanco Rd). The class is free and no registration is necessary. Just show up and exercise with us! NO CLASS Nov 11.
