Fitness in the Park: Rugby Fitness
Rugby is a team sport similar to football and also one of the most popular sports in the world. Rugby Fitness Class consists of drills focused on overall fitness and skill development. Both experienced and novice players are welcome to attend. All drills will be non-contact so that all participants can enjoy a fun day of Rugby in the park!
Rugby Fitness meets at the basketball courts in Phil Hardberger Park West (8400 NW Military Hwy). The class is free and no registration is necessary. Just show up and exercise with us!
