Fitness in the Park: Meditation
Guided meditation introduces the practice of concentrated focus to increase awareness, reduce stress and promote relaxation.
The class meets on the patio of the Phil Hardberger Park Urban Ecology Center in PHP West (8400 NW Military Hwy). It is offered as part of the San Antonio Parks & Recreation Fitness in the Park program. The class is free and no registration is required. Just show up and meditate with us!
