Fitness in the Park: Yoga
Yoga exercises your mind, body and soul. It helps reduce anxiety, improve flexibility, relieve stress and improve respitory functions.
This yoga class meets every Sunday at the basketball courts in Phil Hardberger Park West (8400 NW Military Hwy). The class is free and no registration is necessary. Just show up and exercise with us!
