Fitness in the Park: Interval Training
Interval training involves a series of low and high-impact exercises interspersed with periods of rest.
Interval Training is offered by the SA Parks & Recreation Fitness in the Park program. It meets Saturdays in Phil Hardberger Park East (13203 Blanco Rd) near the Salado outdoor classroom. The class is free and no registration is necessary. Just show up and exercise with us!
