Fitness in the Park: Circuit Training
Circuit training classes include a variety of activities geared toward increasing endurance, power, strength, stamina, and speed. Exercises focus on flexibility and agility, giving you a total body workout. An exercise "circuit" refers to one completion of all exercises in the program.
Circuit Training is offered by the SA Parks & Recreation Fitness in the Park program. It meets every Sunday by the basketball courts in Phil Hardberger Park West (8400 NW Military Hwy). The class is free and no registration is necessary. Just show up and exercise with us!
