• How Do I Renew My Membership?

    Existing members can Renew Membership by clicking on the My Account link at the top of every page of this website.

    Login using the email and password associated with your account. You may use the links under the login window if you forgot your password or forgot your username.

    Click on the Renew Membership link in the right column to view your renewal options and complete the renewal.

  • How Do I Join?

    To Join, visit the Membership Page and select a plan that suits your interests and budget. After filling out the membership form, please:

    • Select Pay Online and click the Process Membership button. You will be directed to Paypal where you can choose to login and pay using your Paypal account or Pay with a Debit or Credit Card using Paypal Guest Checkout.
    • Select Pay Offline and click the Process Membership button. You will be emailed instructions for where to send your payment. Your membership will be activated within a reaonable time after we receive your check.

    Once your payment has been processed you will receive an email confirmation and will be able to manage your membership through our website.

  • Can I Upgrade My Membership?

    Existing members can Upgrade Memberships by clicking on the My Account link at the top of every page of this website.

    Login using the email and password associated with your account. You may use the links under the login window if you forgot your password or forgot your username.

    Click on the Upgrade Membership link in the right column to view your upgrade options and complete an available upgrade.

  • How Do I Reactivate an Expired Membership?

    To Reactivate you Membership, revisit the Membership Page and select a desired plan.

    On the membership form, login using the email and password associated with your previous account. You may use the links under the login window if you forgot your password or forgot your username.

    • Select Pay Online and click the Process Membership button. You will be directed to Paypal and choose to login and pay using your Paypal account, or Pay with Debit or Credit Card using Paypal Guest Checkout.
    • Select Pay Offline and click the Process Membership button. You will be emailed instructions for where to send your payment. Your membership will be activated within a reaonable time after we receive your check.

    Once your payment has been processed you will receive an email confirmation and will again be able to manage your membership through our website. Your details and membership will be addded to your membership history.

  • How Do I Cancel My Membership?

    If you choose to discontinue your membership, please email us your request at admin@philhardbergerpark.org.

    We will ensure that you are removed from our system.
