Edwards noted that “this contribution from the Henrietta Partners [is] intended to enhance access to Phil Hardberger Park so that more San Antonians can enjoy this wonderful park."

Councilwoman Elisa Chan, who has been an integral supporter and proponent for the Park was present to accept the check, along with several of the Conservancy board members.

The Conservancy unveiled future plans for the Park that will be aided by this generous contribution. The funds will be used to promote the Conservancy’s goal of making Phil Hardberger Park “the best place in the heart of San Antonio to see and feel the wild.”
