Bird Migration

Date: Sat., Jan. 28
Time: 10 a.m. -12 p.m.

Master Naturalists, Tom and Patsy Inglet, who are also local birding experts, will conduct three migration-related activities for older kids and their families:  Band-A-Bird, The Migration Challenge and Bird Friend or Foe?  There will be a short lesson on using binoculars and a short birding walk at the end of the presentation.  A "Make and Take" pinecone bird feeder activity will also be available at the presentation.

Native American Artifacts

Join Master Naturalist Tony Kuseltski, who is a self taught archeologist, as he displays his large collection of Native American Arrowheads and Artifacts for you to view. Learn about the tools that were used many years ago by hunters and gatherers from this region. Make an arrowhead necklace.
